Comprehensive e-shop solution on the Shopify platform connected with Abra Flexi and Baselinker
Brief project description:
The project aims to ensure the digital transformation and process automation for Kolorky, s.r.o. Through the gradual integration of 3 systems, processes will be digitized and interconnected (e.g., via API) for product management, customer management, financial operations, logistics optimization, and order management. Alongside the implementation and digitization during the project, errors (e.g., inventory management) and insufficient automation of the original e-shop solution will be eliminated.
Project goal:
The goal of the project is to ensure the integration of the Abra Flexi, Shopify, and BaseLinker systems into our company infrastructure, which together create a robust and efficient platform for managing e-commerce, inventory, and logistics.
Project results:
The project will ensure the digitization and automation of the e-shop processes and integrated systems (AbraFlexi, Shopify, BaseLinker). The implementation will simultaneously enable the automation of company processes, data centralization, stock availability, and connection with logistics partners. This leads to an overall simplification of operations and efficiency, and thanks to the newly integrated systems, new opportunities for expansion open up for Kolorky, s.r.o.
