SHOP AND WIN 1 of 10 Funny Wheels Supersport ride-ons in white with a strap and silent wheels worth 1,499 CZK

The purpose of this document (hereinafter referred to as the "rules") is to provide a complete and clear regulation of the rules of the competition "Shop and win 1 of 10 Funny Wheels Supersport balance bikes in white color with a strap and silent wheels worth 1,499 CZK" (hereinafter referred to as the "competition"). 
These rules are the sole document that bindingly governs the rules of the competition and the stated promotion in promotional materials intended for consumers in the territory of the Czech and Slovak Republics. These rules may only be amended in the form of written addenda to this document.

I. Competition Date
1. The competition will take place from February 1st at 00:00:01 until February 28th, 2025 at 23:59:59

II. Participants of the competition
1. Only a natural person over 18 years of age with a delivery address in the territory of the Czech and Slovak Republics, who purchases any products on the e-shop www.kolorky.cz during the specified period, can participate in the competition.
2. The order must be paid no later than March 9, 2025
3. All persons who cooperate with the organizer in any way are excluded from the competition.
4. Persons who do not meet the conditions for participation in the competition or who act in violation of the competition rules will not be included in the competition.
5. If the winner does not meet certain conditions for claiming the prize, e.g., due to false information provided to us, they do not become the winner and are not entitled to the prize. In such a case, the prize reverts back to the organizer, who is entitled to use it at their own discretion, for example, to use it for other marketing purposes. 

III. Competition Rules
1. If you make a purchase on www.kolorky.cz between 00:00:01 on February 1 and 23:59:59 on February 28, 2025, you will be automatically entered into a draw to win a prize – a Funny Wheels Supersport balance bike in white with a strap and silent wheels, valued at 1,499 CZK. The contest applies to all products purchased during the specified period on kolorky.cz.
2. Each individual order placed during the period specified in this article and paid for by March 9, 2025, will be entered into the draw.
3. The drawing will take place on March 10, 2025. All orders that meet the conditions stated in this document will be included in the drawing. 

IV. The drawing will proceed according to the following procedure:
1. A person authorized by the Organizer will draw 10 winning orders.
2. Immediately after the draw, customers who have placed a winning order will be contacted by phone to announce the prize in the competition and to find out if they are interested in claiming the prize. If the customer does not answer the phone, the Organizer will make a repeated attempt to contact the customer. The Organizer will make a maximum of 3 attempts to contact the customer in total.
3. In the event that the Organizer was unable to contact the customer according to Article IV. 2. above, the customer loses the right to the prize. The drawing will be repeated and the procedure for contacting the winner will be repeated. If it is not possible to contact the next drawn winner either, the prize will revert back to the organizer. 
4. The prize will be delivered through the e-shop www.funnyhweels.cz.
Participants will not be entered into the draw, or will lose their right to participate in the competition and thus to win, if they exercise their right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded with us within the statutory 14-day period, even if they have already been drawn as a winner. In such a case, the prize will revert back to the organizer.  

V. General and Final Provisions
1. If you meet all the conditions for entering the competition, these rules apply to you. If you do not wish to participate in the competition, please inform our customer service center at the phone number +420 792 778 832 or by email at jsme@kolorky.cz and you will be excluded from the draw.
2. We do not bear responsibility for technical issues related to the functionality of the internet network, including but not limited to the speed of the internet connection. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any failure to deliver the prize in case of changes to the winners' email address and phone number, of which we were not informed by the winner in a timely manner.
3. Participation in the event or competition does not create a legal entitlement to a prize. You cannot claim the prize through legal action.
4. We are not responsible for any errors and damages arising in connection with the realization and use of the prize. We are not responsible for any errors caused by persons involved in the organization, course, and evaluation of the competition/event according to these rules.

5.7. These rules will be available to you online during the duration of the contest and further until the prize is handed over to the winner.
5. 8. We reserve the right to unilaterally change these rules at any time, or to terminate the competition without stating a reason. Any such decision becomes effective at the moment of its publication.
