Der Zweck dieses Dokuments (im Folgenden als "Regeln" bezeichnet) ist es, eine vollständige und klare Beschreibung der Regeln des Gewinnspiels "KAUFEN UND GEWINNEN SIE EINEN GOLDENEN BUCHSTABEN AUF EINER NEUEN ARCHEOLOGIE-KETTE IHRER WAHL im Wert von 12.500,- CZK von Eliška Lhotská Jewellery" (im Folgenden als "Gewinnspiel" bezeichnet) zu geben.
Diese Regeln sind das einzige Dokument, das die Regeln des Gewinnspiels und die genannten Aktionen in Werbematerialien, die für Verbraucher in der Tschechischen und Slowakischen Republik bestimmt sind, verbindlich regelt. Diese Regeln können nur durch schriftliche Ergänzungen zu diesem Dokument geändert werden.

I. Datum des Wettbewerbs
1. Der Wettbewerb findet vom 1. Juni 2025 00:00:01 bis 30. Juni 2025 23:59:59 statt.


II. Teilnehmer des Wettbewerbs
1. Teilnehmer des Wettbewerbs kann nur eine natürliche Person über 18 Jahre mit einer Zustelladresse auf dem Gebiet der Tschechischen und Slowakischen Republik sein, die während des genannten Zeitraums im E-Shop www.kolorky.cz ein Produkt kauft.
2. Alle Personen, die in irgendeiner Weise mit dem Veranstalter zusammenarbeiten, sind vom Gewinnspiel ausgeschlossen.
4. Personen, die die Bedingungen für die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel nicht erfüllen oder gegen die Regeln des Gewinnspiels verstoßen, werden nicht in das Gewinnspiel aufgenommen.
5. Wenn der Gewinner einige der Bedingungen für den Erhalt des Preises nicht erfüllt, z. B. aufgrund falscher Angaben, die er uns gegenüber gemacht hat, wird er nicht zum Gewinner und hat keinen Anspruch auf den Preis. In einem solchen Fall fällt der Preis an den Veranstalter zurück, der darüber nach eigenem Ermessen verfügen kann, z.B. für andere Marketingzwecke verwenden kann.

III. Regeln des Gewinnspiels
1. Wenn Sie zwischen dem 1. Juni 2025 00:00:01 und dem 30. Juni 2025 23:59:59 einen Einkauf auf www.kolorky.cz tätigen, nehmen Sie automatisch an der Verlosung eines goldenen Briefes NEW ARCHEOLOGY an einer Kette Ihrer Wahl im Wert von 12.500 CZK von Eliška Lhotská Jewellery teil. Die Verlosung gilt für alle Produkte, die während des genannten Zeitraums auf kolorky.cz gekauft werden.
2. Jede einzelne Bestellung, die während des in diesem Artikel genannten Zeitraums aufgegeben und bis zum 8. Juli 2025 bezahlt wird, nimmt an der Verlosung teil.
3. Die Verlosung findet am 9. Juli 2025 statt. Alle Bestellungen, die die in diesem Dokument genannten Bedingungen erfüllen, nehmen an der Verlosung teil.

IV. Die Verlosung findet nach folgendem Verfahren statt:
1. Eine vom Veranstalter bevollmächtigte Person zieht die Gewinnerbestellung.
2. Unmittelbar nach der Ziehung wird der Kunde, der die Gewinnerbestellung aufgegeben hat, telefonisch kontaktiert, um ihn über den Gewinn zu informieren und festzustellen, ob er an der Inanspruchnahme des Gewinns interessiert ist. Geht der Kunde nicht ans Telefon, unternimmt der Veranstalter einen zweiten Versuch, den Kunden zu kontaktieren. Der Veranstalter unternimmt insgesamt höchstens drei Versuche, den Kunden zu kontaktieren.
3. Sollte der Veranstalter nicht in der Lage sein, den Kunden gemäß Artikel IV.2 zu kontaktieren, verliert der Kunde seinen Anspruch auf den Preis. Die Verlosung wird wiederholt und das Verfahren zur Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Gewinner wird wiederholt. Kann der nächste ausgeloste Gewinner nicht kontaktiert werden, verfällt der Preis wieder an den Veranstalter.
4 Die Übergabe des Gewinns erfolgt über den E-Shop www.lhotskajewellery.cz.
. Teilnehmer nehmen nicht an der Verlosung teil bzw. verlieren ihr Recht auf Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel und damit ihren Anspruch auf den Gewinn, wenn sie innerhalb der gesetzlichen Frist von 14 Tagen von ihrem Recht Gebrauch machen, von dem mit uns geschlossenen Kaufvertrag zurückzutreten, auch wenn sie bereits als Gewinner gezogen wurden. In diesem Fall wird der Gewinn an den Veranstalter zurückgegeben.

V. Allgemeine und Schlussbestimmungen
1. Wenn Sie alle Teilnahmebedingungen erfüllen, gelten diese Regeln für Sie. Wenn Sie nicht an dem Gewinnspiel teilnehmen möchten, teilen Sie dies bitte unserem Kundendienst unter der Telefonnummer +420 792 778 832 oder per E-Mail an jsme@kolorky.cz mit, und Sie werden von der Verlosung ausgeschlossen.
2. Wir sind nicht verantwortlich für technische Probleme im Zusammenhang mit der Funktionalität des Internet-Netzwerks, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die Geschwindigkeit der Internet-Verbindung. Darüber hinaus sind wir nicht für die Nichtzustellung des Preises verantwortlich, wenn sich die E-Mail-Adresse und die Telefonnummer des Gewinners ändern und wir nicht rechtzeitig vom Gewinner benachrichtigt werden.
3. Der Preis kann nicht auf dem Rechtsweg eingefordert werden.
4. Wir sind nicht verantwortlich für Fehler oder Schäden, die im Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung und Verwendung des Preises entstehen. Wir haften nicht für Fehler, die von Personen verursacht werden, die an der Organisation, Durchführung und Auswertung des Gewinnspiels/der Veranstaltung in Übereinstimmung mit diesen Regeln beteiligt sind.

5.7 Diese Regeln sind während der gesamten Dauer des Gewinnspiels und bis zur Übergabe des Preises an den Gewinner online verfügbar.
5. 8. Eine solche Entscheidung wird mit ihrer Veröffentlichung wirksam.
5.9. Diese Regeln treten am 31. Mai 2025 in Kraft.


    Complete rules of the consumer competition

    The purpose of this document is to provide a complete and clear regulation of the rules of the competition organized on social networks by Kolorky s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "competition"). These rules serve as a supplement to the information regarding the competition rules ("competition information") provided by the organizer on the social network where the competition is held (hereinafter referred to as the "social network").

    I. Date and place of the competition

    1. The contest will take place within the organizer's account on social networks during the time and in the territory specified in the contest information on the social network.


    II. Participants of the competition

    1. Only a natural person over 18 years of age with a delivery address in the territory of the Czech and Slovak Republics, who meets any additional conditions stated in the competition information on the social network (hereinafter referred to as the "participant," "competition participant," or "contestant"), may participate in the competition.

    2. All persons employed or in a similar relationship with the organizer are excluded from the competition.

    3. Persons who do not meet the conditions for participation in the competition or who act in violation of the competition rules will not be included in the competition.


    III. Conditions of Winning

    1. The conditions for winning and the rules by which the order of winners will be determined are stated in the competition information on the social network.

    2. The prize itself is further described in the competition information. The delivery of the prize to the winner will be ensured primarily through a third party providing delivery services, unless otherwise specified in the competition information.


    IV. Processing of Personal Data

    1. By participating in this competition, the participant acknowledges the processing of the provided personal data for the purposes of conducting (i.e., managing, organizing, and evaluating) this competition, publicly announcing the winner (especially on the organizer's websites and social media), and contacting the winner due to the organizer's legitimate interest in the successful execution of the competition. The participant's contact details and any other data provided for the realization of the competition will be processed.

    2. The participant acknowledges that they provide their personal data voluntarily and that they have the right to access their personal data and the right to correct this personal data, block incorrect personal data, and object to their processing. In case of doubts about the organizer's compliance with these rights, the participant may contact the data protection officer at the email address jsme@kolorky.cz or contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.

    V. Final Provisions

    1. The organizer reserves the right to replace the declared prizes with prizes of a similar type and corresponding value and to change the conditions for the realization of the prizes in case the prizes cannot be objectively realized in accordance with these rules.

    2. In the event that the organizer has a justified suspicion of fraudulent conduct by the winner or a person who helped the winner obtain the prize, the prize will not be awarded. 

    3. By participating in the competition, the contestant agrees to the rules and conditions of the competition.

    4. The organizer reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters concerning this competition, including early termination of the competition or changes to the rules during the competition period. In case of complaints regarding the course of the competition, please contact us at the email address jsme@kolorky.cz.

    5. The competition rules are available to participants on the organizer's website and in the competition information on the social network.

    6. The competition organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant from the competition without giving a reason if their behavior shows signs of unfair or fraudulent conduct. The organizer may exclude contestants from the competition who do not meet the conditions according to these rules.

    7. Unclaimed winnings without compensation shall forfeit to the organizer.
