Celem tego dokumentu (dalej „zasady”) jest pełne i jasne określenie zasad konkursu „KUPUJ I WYGRYWAJ Złotą literą na łańcuszku NEW ARCHEOLOGY według własnego wyboru o wartości 12.500,- Kč od Eliška Lhotská Jewellery” (dalej „konkurs”).
Niniejsze zasady są jedynym dokumentem wiążącym regulującym zasady konkursu oraz wymienionej akcji w materiałach promocyjnych skierowanych do konsumentów na terytorium Republiki Czeskiej i Słowackiej. Zasady te mogą być zmieniane wyłącznie w formie pisemnych aneksów do tego dokumentu.

I. Termin trwania konkursu
1. Konkurs odbędzie się w terminie od 1. 6. od 00:00:01 do 30. 6. 2025 23:59:59

II. Uczestnicy konkursu
1. Uczestnikiem konkursu może być wyłącznie osoba fizyczna powyżej 18 lat z adresem do doręczeń na terytorium Republiki Czeskiej i Słowackiej, która w podanym okresie dokona zakupu dowolnych produktów w sklepie internetowym www.kolorky.cz.
2. Zamówienie musi zostać opłacone najpóźniej do 8. 7. 2025
3. Z konkursu wyłączone są wszystkie osoby współpracujące w jakikolwiek sposób z organizatorem.
4. Osoby niespełniające warunków uczestnictwa w konkursie lub działające niezgodnie z zasadami konkursu nie zostaną zakwalifikowane do konkursu.
5. Jeśli zwycięzca nie spełni niektórych warunków otrzymania nagrody, np. w wyniku podania nieprawdziwych informacji, nie zostaje zwycięzcą i nie ma prawa do nagrody. W takim przypadku nagroda przechodzi z powrotem na organizatora, który ma prawo dysponować nią według własnego uznania, np. wykorzystać ją do innych celów marketingowych.

III. Zasady konkursu
1. Jeśli w okresie od 1. 6. od 00:00:01 do 30. 6. 2025 23:59:59 dokonasz zakupu na www.kolorky.cz, zostaniesz automatycznie zakwalifikowany do losowania nagrody – Złotej litery na łańcuszku NEW ARCHEOLOGY według własnego wyboru o wartości 12.500,- Kč od Eliška Lhotská Jewellery. Konkurs obejmuje wszystkie produkty zakupione w podanym okresie na kolorky.cz.
2. Do losowania zostanie zakwalifikowane każde pojedyncze zamówienie złożone w okresie określonym w tym artykule i opłacone do 8. 7. 2025.
3. Losowanie odbędzie się 9. 7. 2025. Do losowania zostaną zakwalifikowane wszystkie zamówienia spełniające warunki określone w tym dokumencie.

IV. Losowanie odbędzie się według następującego przebiegu:
1. Osoba upoważniona przez Organizatora wylosuje zwycięskie zamówienie.
2. Bezpośrednio po losowaniu klient, który złożył zwycięskie zamówienie, zostanie telefonicznie skontaktowany w celu poinformowania o wygranej w konkursie oraz ustalenia, czy jest zainteresowany odbiorem nagrody. W przypadku nieodebrania telefonu, Organizator podejmie ponowną próbę kontaktu z klientem. Organizator podejmie maksymalnie 3 próby kontaktu z klientem łącznie.
3. Jeśli Organizator nie będzie w stanie skontaktować się z klientem zgodnie z pkt IV. 2., klient traci prawo do nagrody. Losowanie zostanie powtórzone, a procedura kontaktu ze zwycięzcą powtórzona. Jeśli nie uda się skontaktować również z kolejnym wylosowanym zwycięzcą, nagroda przechodzi z powrotem na organizatora.
4. Przekazanie nagrody nastąpi za pośrednictwem sklepu internetowego www.lhotskajewellery.cz.
Do losowania nie zostaną zakwalifikowani lub utracą prawo do udziału w konkursie, a tym samym do nagrody, uczestnicy, którzy skorzystają z prawa odstąpienia od umowy kupna zawartej z nami w ustawowym 14-dniowym terminie, nawet jeśli zostali już wylosowani jako zwycięzcy. W takim przypadku nagroda przechodzi z powrotem na organizatora.

V. Postanowienia ogólne i końcowe
1. Jeśli spełnisz wszystkie warunki kwalifikujące do konkursu, obowiązują Cię niniejsze zasady. Jeśli nie chcesz brać udziału w konkursie, poinformuj nasze centrum obsługi klienta pod numerem telefonu +420 792 778 832 lub e-mailem na adres jsme@kolorky.cz, a zostaniesz wykluczony z losowania.
2. Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za problemy techniczne związane z funkcjonowaniem sieci internetowej, w tym między innymi za prędkość połączenia internetowego. Nie odpowiadamy również za ewentualne niedostarczenie nagrody w przypadku zmiany adresu e-mail lub numeru telefonu zwycięzców, o której nie zostaliśmy poinformowani na czas.
3. Udział w akcji lub konkursie nie tworzy prawnego roszczenia do nagrody. Nagrody nie można dochodzić na drodze sądowej.
4. Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za ewentualne błędy i szkody powstałe w związku z realizacją i korzystaniem z nagrody. Nie odpowiadamy za błędy spowodowane przez osoby zaangażowane w organizację, przebieg i ocenę konkursu/akcji zgodnie z tymi zasadami.

5.6 Informacje o przetwarzaniu danych osobowych znajdziesz na https://www.kolorky.cz/stranka/ochrana-osobnich-udaju.
5.7. Niniejsze zasady będą dostępne online przez cały czas trwania konkursu oraz do momentu przekazania nagrody zwycięzcy.
5.8. Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do jednostronnej zmiany niniejszych zasad w dowolnym momencie lub zakończenia konkursu bez podania przyczyny. Każda taka decyzja staje się skuteczna z chwilą jej opublikowania.
5.9. Niniejsze zasady wchodzą w życie z dniem 31. 5. 2025.

 


    Complete rules of the consumer competition

    The purpose of this document is to provide a complete and clear regulation of the rules of the competition organized on social networks by Kolorky s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "competition"). These rules serve as a supplement to the information regarding the competition rules ("competition information") provided by the organizer on the social network where the competition is held (hereinafter referred to as the "social network").

    entry in the Commercial Register: Regional Court in Plzeň, section C, file 33534 (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer").


    I. Date and place of the competition

    1. The contest will take place within the organizer's account on social networks during the time and in the territory specified in the contest information on the social network.


    II. Participants of the competition

    1. Only a natural person over 18 years of age with a delivery address in the territory of the Czech and Slovak Republics, who meets any additional conditions stated in the competition information on the social network (hereinafter referred to as the "participant," "competition participant," or "contestant"), may participate in the competition.

    2. All persons employed or in a similar relationship with the organizer are excluded from the competition.

    3. Persons who do not meet the conditions for participation in the competition or who act in violation of the competition rules will not be included in the competition.


    III. Conditions of Winning

    1. The conditions for winning and the rules by which the order of winners will be determined are stated in the competition information on the social network.

    2. The prize itself is further described in the competition information. The delivery of the prize to the winner will be ensured primarily through a third party providing delivery services, unless otherwise specified in the competition information.


    IV. Processing of Personal Data

    1. By participating in this competition, the participant acknowledges the processing of the provided personal data for the purposes of conducting (i.e., managing, organizing, and evaluating) this competition, publicly announcing the winner (especially on the organizer's websites and social media), and contacting the winner due to the organizer's legitimate interest in the successful execution of the competition. The participant's contact details and any other data provided for the realization of the competition will be processed.

    2. The participant acknowledges that they provide their personal data voluntarily and that they have the right to access their personal data and the right to correct this personal data, block incorrect personal data, and object to their processing. In case of doubts about the organizer's compliance with these rights, the participant may contact the data protection officer at the email address jsme@kolorky.cz or contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.

    3. Further information regarding personal data protection can be found in our Privacy Policy.


    V. Final Provisions

    1. The organizer reserves the right to replace the declared prizes with prizes of a similar type and corresponding value and to change the conditions for the realization of the prizes in case the prizes cannot be objectively realized in accordance with these rules.

    2. In the event that the organizer has a justified suspicion of fraudulent conduct by the winner or a person who helped the winner obtain the prize, the prize will not be awarded. 

    3. By participating in the competition, the contestant agrees to the rules and conditions of the competition.

    4. The organizer reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters concerning this competition, including early termination of the competition or changes to the rules during the competition period. In case of complaints regarding the course of the competition, please contact us at the email address jsme@kolorky.cz.

    5. The competition rules are available to participants on the organizer's website and in the competition information on the social network.

    6. The competition organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant from the competition without giving a reason if their behavior shows signs of unfair or fraudulent conduct. The organizer may exclude contestants from the competition who do not meet the conditions according to these rules.

    7. Unclaimed winnings without compensation shall forfeit to the organizer.
