Another year has passed and we have another reason to celebrate – our founder, Jana Marie Chladová, has appeared for the second time in the prestigious ranking of the 200 most influential women in the Czech Republic, compiled annually by Forbes magazine.

And what's even more beautiful? We are celebrating our 8th birthday in June, and we see this award as the most beautiful birthday present .

A dream that came true

When Jana and I started working together, we were sitting at lunch together, she told me about Kolorky, about her vision of how she would combine something as ordinary as diapers with beautiful design. And then she said, completely seriously:

"And one day I'll be in Forbes."

It may have sounded like a big dream at the time – but anyone who knows Jana knows that her dreams do come true (as a shooter, she is determined to achieve them). Everything she has built since then has been built on honest work, a clear vision and the courage to do things differently.

Today, eight years later, her Kolorky brand is known not only in the Czech Republic, but also far beyond its borders. And Jana's dream? It came true – for the second time this year.

For Jana, being included in the Forbes list again is a huge personal and professional milestone. As she says:

" For me, it is the greatest form of recognition I could have received in business. But it is also a commitment – to continue what I do with even greater responsibility, humility and determination. "
